What is Compass Effect?

Compass Effect is an iPhone book companion for The Compass Effect by Rhiannon McFarling. It is built local-first: the core experience does not require creating an account with us.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no Compass Effect account for the core companion experience. Your journal and on-device content stay on your phone.

Does my journal sync to a DigitalKanera server?

No. We do not operate a Compass Effect cloud account or server backup for your journal. Content you create stays on your device unless you choose to share it yourself through iOS Share or similar system features.

How do I restore a purchase?

If you unlocked the app with an Apple purchase, use Restore Purchase in the app (Settings or paywall) with the same Apple ID you used to buy.

Who publishes the app?

Compass Effect is published by Chad Kanera / DigitalKanera. The book is by Rhiannon McFarling.
